Our 12-Point Nanny Screening Process

When we say only the best, we mean it. Every nanny we represent has been through our signature 12-point vetting process:

Comprehensive Application Review – We start with a detailed application to screen for experience, professionalism, and commitment.
Initial Phone Interview – We get a feel for personality, communication skills, and overall fit before moving forward.
In-Depth In-Person/Video Interview – A structured, competency-based interview to assess childcare knowledge, problem-solving, and family fit.
Reference Checks – We verify at least 2–3 professional childcare references (previous families, centers, or schools).
Employment History Verification – Confirming accuracy of past jobs, responsibilities, and tenure.
Identity Verification – Government ID checks to ensure candidates are who they say they are.
Social Media & Online Presence Review – A scan for professionalism, appropriateness, and red flags.
Criminal Background Check – National, state, and county-level checks for peace of mind.
Sex Offender Registry Check – Ensuring no nanny is listed in federal or state offender databases.
Driving Record Screening – For nannies who transport children, we check for a clean, safe driving history.
CPR & First Aid Certification – Candidates must hold current certification or commit to completing it before hire.
Ongoing Evaluation – We stay in touch with both families and nannies post-placement to ensure standards remain high.
